Sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht mit dieser Werkstatt. Ersatzteil für Unfallinstandsetzung wurde lange nicht beschafft, wochenlanges Warten war die Folge, der Leihwagen war verdreckt und nicht getankt. Wenn man als Kunde etwas Bescheid weiss und entsprechend argumentieren kann ist man hier fehl am Platz. Der Chef ist nach wochenlanger Warterei jetzt vom Auftrag zurückgetreten und gibt mir als zahlender Kunde die Schuld. Hätte ich früher gewusst was mich erwartet, hätte ich die Werkstatt nicht aufgesucht und mir viel Ärger erspart. Wenn man etwas nicht kann oder schafft soll man ehrlich sein und dies gleich von Anfang an sagen.

Absolute Super Werkstatt die sich noch Zeit nimmt für seine Kunden und deren Probleme auch ernst nimmt und alles dafür tut die Probleme zu lösen.
War mit meinem BMW 2x dort und war mehr als zufrieden.

Zuverlässige und faire Werkstatt, netter Chef, man fühlt sich gut behandelt und es wird einem nichts aufgeschwatzt. Zudem werden alle Arbeiten sauber und auch zeitnah erledigt. Einzig die fußläufige Erreichbarkeit ist dadurch, dass man an der Straße entlanglaufen muss, nicht perfekt, es handelt sich aber nur um ein Teilstück, welches man dann Richtung Landau autofrei zurücklegen muss.
