Wir hatten das Problem, dass unsere im Vertrag hinterlegte Kreditkarte nicht funktionierte. Das anwesende Personal (Jacob und Mel) war wirklich sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht, uns in dieser misslichen Situation bestmöglich zu helfen. Wir durften sogar ihre privaten Telefone benutzen, um Telefonate mit unserer Bank in Deutschland zu führen!
Auch die sonstige Abwicklung und das Fahrzeug waren tiptop ! Gerne wieder!

Einfacher RentalCar Retourn. Vollkommen Kontaktlos. Schlüssel im Wagen lassen und weiter geht´s. Noch Probleme mit Hertz gehabt. Bester Service als Gold Member

Bei mir alles super gelaufen - kann die durchweg schlechten Bewertungen dieses Standortes nicht nachvollziehen. Unkomplizierte Übernahme und Rückgabe des Fahrzeuges. Ebenso gebuchte Fahrzeugkategorie - ohne Wartezeit - erhalten. Gerne wieder!

Beware of the fees!! I used their website to rent a car. The price I was shown looked reasonable and comparable to other renters. However, after I returned the car, I was charged about $80 extra for things like "ABIA CHG", "concession fee", "license cost recovery". These charges are known from the beginning, yet I was fooled by not being presented during purchase. If Enterprise can show me exact price during purchase from the same location, I am sure Hertz can, but they chose not to, for some reason. I will stay away from Hertz from now on. I had very good experiences with Enterprise instead.

This location has stolen hundreds of dollars from me and will do nothing to rectify it. We dropped off our car after hours. Giant sign at car return that says “after hours 7pm or later leave key and contract in drop box.” We did exactly that. Thank god I took a pic of the key in the drop box before we closed it because of course the next day I get a text saying we didn’t return the key and would be charged $350. At the same time another random $126 charge on top of the $430 total for the car, toll, gas, etc was charged to my card with no explanation. No one picks up the phone or answers email at this Hertz, apparently, so I dragged myself all the way back to the airport to talk to someone in person. This began an hour long ordeal in which the desk agent (who was super nice but basically knew nothing and had no power) wandered around trying to find the keys, trying to find a manager, etc, but apparently found nothing and came back with no answers and instructions to “text the manager cell”. What? Okay, an hour totally wasted, but fine, I do so. More time wasted, as whoever is texting me back is trying to claim that the extra random $126 is for tolls and coverage even after I sent a pic of the full receipt showing those were included in the original charge. So now apparently I have to call billing because at this Hertz location they can steal HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS because they don’t check their drop boxes, but then can do nothing to resolve it. Avoid like the plague unless you want your money stolen for following directions.

Yet another scammy Hertz location! First they tried to put me in a car several classes below what I booked and paid for, then at return they charged me $33 for fuel on a full car - thankfully I am used to Hertz scamming customers and take photos and videos of the fuel level and condition of car. See attached photos for their fuel charge as well as the car at return.

Gold member, prepaid for my rental with my company credit card but because it didn't match the card we had on file, they charged my card in advance, they made me put a hold on a different card. This triggered them to force me to take a car smaller then my already reserved and paid for car. After calling the number the desk people told me to call to get a refund for the cost difference, the phone support person told me that they would instead charge me more money because they claim while I got a smaller than reserved car, it was a higher class car. This company does not value their gold members and I hope to never have to do business with them again.

Overall good experience. Reserved an L4 Medium SUV and got an 2025 Hyundai Palisade with only 1500 miles for a very good weekend price.
Everything went fast and with no problems.

Just can not get help from Hertz regarding my Five Star membership, it's just a headache to get response.
