Unkomplizierte Abwicklung und freundliches Personal. Wenn man sich die Geschäftsbedingungen durchliest und auch die letzte Tankrechnung mitnimmt, zahlt man nichts extra. Das Auto an sich war sauber und zuverlässig. Wir würden wieder dort ein Auto mieten.

予約し全額支払いをしていたにもかかわらず、システムが動かないからといわれ、追加で１５００ドル以上の料金を請求された。借りるまでに３時間以上かかった。追加の支払いは、システムトラブル回避のための一時的な支払いであり、返却するとの約束だったが、いまだに守られていない。
掃除もまったくされていない汚い車だった。
過去３人分の領収書が車内に残されていた。
ウォッシャー液も入っていなかった。

２重払いをしているレンタル代金を早く返金をしてください。

Person at the counter was super kind and helpful even tho I had problems with my credit card there. Finally, everything worked just fine. I got an upgrade by getting much bigger car than I initially reserved. The car was clean and not damaged at all. I was able to change my drop off location at the counter. One thing to improve would be to offer some instructions over basic things like for example how to operate the device to pay for road tolls. But overall everything was fine. I only got billed for what was discussed at the counter and drop off at jfk was super easy and quick

Update was charged $140 for a full tank of gas when I filled up before going to him always keep your records guy is shady

Was greeted right away while walking in reserved a tahoe but got a suburban instead can't complain there was some scratches in the car so I took pictures before getting in and leaving so I don't get blamed for them

Mitchell received me on Car rental, no greeting,
When I asked how was her day , she adamantly responded it's bad.
I'd let it go and asked about my car and told her i had a coupleofquestions, she said she's fixing the application and waiting for system to respond.
She there after started talking to the customers behind me I felt it disrespectful as she's not interested in my questions.

There's a second associate who walked me towards the car and not talkative at all.

i forgot my purse under the seat but when i remembered i went back there and they were keeping the purse for me. thank you so much ? highly recommended

Made a reservation on 2/13 for the long weekend with the pick up time 2/17 10 am. Got the call from the location at 2/16 2pm saying that they "currently" have zero cars and dunno if they will have any before my pick up time. I was asked to call them before pick up to see if they get any car (they dunno make sure the same class).

I called the number on the confirmation email and the number they called me more than ten times in 2/16 afternoon to ask if there is anything I can do but they never pick up. I started to worry about 2/17 morning. Contacted the customer service both live chat and the phone call and they say I can only wait them calling me or I can make another reservation.

1. this is my second time in less than six months got notified that this avis-budget system has no cars even I made the reservation (this time, four days in advance). They only know how to take the reservation but do not know how to hold the reservation.

2. they don't even let me know if the car is available (they say they are waiting) and never response to me so I cannot make any decision. If I made another (less than 24 hours) reservation but they tell me they get the car, I will have two reservations. in addition, last minute reservations are super expencive, especially for the long weekend, with more than $200 u.s. dollars more than my reservation. Last, most of rental companies do not guarantee the availability for the last minutes reservation. I am hung up there before my long weekend.

You RUINED your customer's long weekend plan even before it starts. Great job.

2/17 morning updates: they don’t have the vehicles that I have reserved. Have to change all the trip plan. Thanks Budget, no surprise.
