Une équipe au top ! Malgré le retard d'une heure de notre bateau, une personne nous attendait à notre arrivée afin de nous amener à l'agence (15€ pour 5 personnes). Une fois à l'agence, la personne qui nous a reçu nous a indiqué les endroits à absolument visiter sur l'île ainsi que l'itinéraire à suivre. Lors de notre retour, la même personne nous a ensuite déposés au port.
Je recommande fortement.

Amazing staff here. Seamless pickup from the cruise port and easy return as well. They are so kind and the cars are in great condition. Renting a car from here allowed us to explore the island on our own terms (even if it was a little scary at times). Highly recommended to rent from them!

Possibly some of the best customer service I have encountered. Romain and his team are amazing, and made every effort to make the process quick and easy for us. Everything was explained, there were no hidden fees, and pickup and drop-off were super simple. I would highly recommend Avis if you're renting a vehicle in St Barth, and I will definitely be renting with them again next time. Thank you!

Nous avons loué chez Avis St-Barth à deux reprises, quel service nous avons eu!!! EXEMPLAIRE! Partout dans le monde où j’ai loué des véhicules, pas un endroit ne leur arrive à la cheville. Ils sont non seulement courtois, accueillants et gentils, ils font tout en leur pouvoir pour nous simplifier les choses, le bateau depuis St-Martin est arrivé un peu en retard mais malgré cela, quelqu’un nous attendait tout sourire, patient et rassurant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Easiest rental car process I’ve had really anywhere. Easy to book online and communication via email. Our price that was quoted was what was truly charged, no funny business or hidden fees.

Car was delivered to us at the ferry port per our request (for an extra charge of 25 euro) and took 5 minutes to checkout and do paperwork. We returned it after 5 days and again about 10 minutes to return, and got a complimentary shuttle to the port. I would use this service again to get a rental car on the island

Top notch service, very quick to respond. I made my reservation last minute (the day before) and it was confirmed immediately. I had a flat tire, and the manager fixed it himself super quickly (<20mins). I also wanted to add 2 more days as I extended my stay, which took me exactly 0 seconds to do since all I had to do was mention it to the manager, and he immediately said yes - no paperwork needed. All in all - this is a fantastic place to rent a car.
