5/5 stars! I brought my vehicle to Military Car Service and couldn't be happier. Dom and Sabrina excel in customer service. Dom went above and beyond to make sure that my car was properly serviced - diagnosing and fixing an issue with my tire/wheel that previous mechanics could not figure out. For windshield replacement, scheduled maintenance, or complex problems, I highly recommend this place!

Dom (the owner) and his staff were incredibly helpful. Booked me for an alignment appointment last minute and had me in and out in no time! Car drives amazingly again….Definitely bringing my car there from now on!

Replied to my request quickly. Worked with me to get the correct car parts to fix an issue created by another shop and swap out rotors and brakes. Very friendly staff and the work was done quickly. 10 of 10 reccomend, will come again!

Disappointing Experience Despite Friendly Faces

I took my truck to Military Car Service to address a taillight issue, only to leave with the same problem—and a lighter wallet. Despite paying for a diagnostic, all they did was confirm what I already knew. They couldn't fix the issue I brought it in for, but still charged me the full fee for essentially nothing.

Now, don’t get me wrong—the customer service was on point. The receptionist was pleasant, and even the owner seemed like a decent guy. But nice people don’t make up for leaving my truck in the exact same condition I brought it in. The owner promised to follow up after reaching out to a contact about the issue, but that call never came.

If you’re looking to pay for something you didn’t need, this might be the place. Otherwise, save your money and take your vehicle elsewhere.

Dom and his team helped us to get winter tires on our American car, they were also able to fix our headlight that didn't pass inspection. This is my go-to from now on, and I highly recommend their business!
