Ich kann nur eine gute Empfehlung schreiben. Kleiner Laden, wahrscheinlich nicht viele Autos, aber wir hatten einen Ford Escape für 4 Wochen gebucht. Theon war sehr freundlich und alle Mitarbeiter haben sich um uns gekümmert. Schnelle Übergabe und Abgabe des Wagens ohne Probleme.

Unser gebuchtes Auto war nicht da. Wir fürchteten schon Problem, aber wir haben wir sofort und kostenfrei ein Upgrade bekommen und somit auch ein Auto. Sind mit dem Ford Explorer 3 Wochen lang ohne Probleme durch die USA gereist. Sehr schneller und unkomplizierter Service vor Ort. Auf unsere spontane Nachfrage wurden wir bei Abgabe des Mietautos sofort zum nächsten Bahnhof gefahren, das war super. Das hat uns Zeit und Mühen gespart! Made a reservation online, called the place before I got there to make sure they had what I made a reservation for and they did have one option for 4X4 left in standard suv and they held it for me till I got there. The smoothest operation to rent a car it went so quick and easy the staff helped a lot by making it super pleasant. The car was brand new and spotless clean on the inside smelled brand new. I will 100% use hertz and this location any and every time I have to rent a car again. And the rates are very very reasonable. Thank you hertz for making my experience so pleasant (UNLIKE ENTERPRISE WHICH IS HORRIBLE) can’t wait to keep renting cars from you guys and get some points while being a hertz gold member and get some future rewards and discount promotions from being a hertz gold plus rewards member!!!

Terrible experience with Hertz Lynbrook location this morning. The staff person was rude and intentionally difficult. Not paying attention to the information being communicated to him and speaking to others while not paying attention to the person on the phone for which he is collecting information. He refuses to take the confirmation number I was provided and then told me my 9am pick would be sometime after the manger gets there and in between 9 and 9:30 am. I explained that I had appointments and that the pick was supposed to be at 9am. The man was rude and who I pointed out he wasn’t paying attention to even my last name that I provided he proceeded to tell me to calm down. I was calm by the way but then he said I was sarcastic which I was not. I again offered to provide my confirmation number and he again refused to accept it. RUDE RUDE RUDE unprofessional and Customer Service that insults the customer.

Worst location to come to the guy at counter did not want to help with my reservation stated I must take an electric vehicle upon looking on my reservation and calling corporate they stated I did not have to take an electric. Mr Jareed needs training in customer service and requires some form of education when dealing with the public. Very rude & condescending I do not recommend this location to anyone & I would be very hesitant doing business here mr Jareed also stated i was a few minutes late & i just arrived from a flight. When asked to speak to a manager he stated they are on vacation and not calling to help with situation. So I called corporate to take care of the situation.
Very condescending & no sense of compassion for the customers that are doing business with Hertz. Go elsewhere! I should've read reviews.
