my experience at sixt in newport mall was amazing to say the least and this is all thanks to KELVIN. usually my experiences at rental companies are either mundane or terrible because most rental employees work like they hate their job, not KELVIN. KELVIN showed me such a wonderful experience you’d think his life depended on it, as if he was told if im not satisfied by even 1% he’d die. i have so much good things to say about him but you know what nobody’s gonna read all that so i’ll end my review by saying this. he is without a doubt the best rental employee in AMERICA AND THATS ON GOD! sixt is a great rental company with a great range of cars and THE BEST EMPLOYEES WITH KELVIN TAKING THE #1 spot in america!

Exceptional service from Kelvin at Sixt Newport Mall, NJ Friday November 1.

After initially speaking to someone at Avis for a walk up hire we moved on. The Avis person had been rude and unhelpful.

Kevin by comparison was super helpful, friendly and constructive. He provide useful advice in the car, destination, use of the toll service and was amazing start to finish. He’s the type of person you wish you had in your business. Honestly exceptional service, good value for money and the car itself was great.

When we arrived at the office, everyone was very nice and friendly. The manager Kelvin was very attentive and nice. He immediately realized what kind of car we were looking for and offered an upgrade. The car was absolutely stunning - GMC V8 XL - a true American car.
